Main Products: New energy power management dedicated ICs, mechatronics control ICs, high-precision dedicated mixed-signal ICs for new energy applications, high-end IPM modules, dedicated SoC modules, andthird-generation semiconductor driver ICs including GaN/SiC, etc.

 

Working with China's top foundries, we have developed Mixed-signal ICs and GaN/SiC driver ICs specifically for the new energy electromechanical industry.  Through years of mass-production application, our products have been fully verified in reliability across high/low temperatures (-40°C to 150°C), oxidation resistance, wear resistance,  and surge protection, and have been widely recognized for outstanding quality, low power consumption, and high efficiency.
